Refund Policy

14 days from order date for a full refund

28 days from order date for a gift card

28 days from order date for sale items to recieve a gift card only

We have the right to refuse any returns that have not been returned in the way in which it was sold to the customer.

We have the right to refuse any returns that are not returned within the timescales provided above.

Should there be any sign of wear an exchange will not be valid.

Please keep in mind sale items are not entitled to a cash refund and if returned are only eligible for credit in the form of a gift voucher for use on the website.

In cases where a refund is agreed, please be aware that this can take between 10-14 days to be refunded back to you. A refund will always be processed back to the original payment method that was made during purchase.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for returning the item back to our returns address, postage costs are to be paid by the customer and tracking for the parcel is always recommended.

Delivery

Delivery is hrough Royal Mail and will normally take 1-3 working days (UK Mainland) once the item has been dispatched dependent on which service you choose. Delays may be possible during busy times and this is outwith our control. We offer special delivery if you are in a rush to get something. Order before 10am for same day despatch. 

Services offerd are:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Tracked 48 items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of two days for over 94% of our postcodes.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - The delivery dates are estimated and Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day, however they can take up to 2 days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm (Only if orderd before 1pm on order date)

Shipping to the rest of the EU: £17 flat rate. Customs charges are the customers repsonibility. 

Spend over £150 for free shipping within the United Kingdom.

Local pickup at store - Free

   Shopping Online

Shopping on the Becca Mac website is a completely different process to shopping in store which in turn means that items purchased via the website can not be refunded or exchanged through the in store till system.

You may drop your website purchase off and it will be put to the office where it will be refunded within 7-14 days.

All members of staff have the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges through the in store till if the purchase was originally made online.

Mystery Bags

Mystery Bags are Non Returnable and Non Exchangeable. The Customer is agreeing to receive random picked items to a certain value by purchasing a mystery bag and the conditions are not flexible.

Returns Process

We are now operate a paperless delivery process to reduce our impact on the enviroment 

In your despatch or ready for collection email there is an attachtment to print out if you wish to return your item which includes a form to fill out and our returns address. If you did not recieve this please just send your item back to the Address below with your name and order number inside.
